Duygu Kutluay worked as Deputy Head for International Relations for the TEMA Foundation in Istanbul from 2012 to 2015. She also held various past internships, including ones at the NTV News Center in Istanbul, and Tax and Legal Service Department with PriceWaterHouse Coopers.
She received her degree in Political Science and International Relations from Bogazici University in Istanbul in 2003, and went on to receive a Master’s Degree in International Economic Relations from Konstanz University in Germany. Her MA thesis delved into the topic of “Does Globalization Reduce Poverty in Less Developed Countries?”
Her colleagues have noted her professionalism and effectiveness. Her enthusiasm and lively energy during her time as Coordinator for Turkish Partner in the Drynet Project, TEMA Foundation, contributed to the success of the project and invigorated the partnership network.
