Nayantara Lakshman is currently a Project Associate in the Education and Public Engagement Program with the Nature Conservation Foundation. In this role, she coordinates and conducts outreach programs for a citizen science project called SeasonWatch in various southern Indian States, coordinates and facilitates the design, production and dissemination of SeasonWatch-related products and outreach material, and acts as an ambassador for other work and activities of the Education and Public Engagement Program.
Nayantara hopes to discover her potential in the developmental sector. She wants to gain insight on how to solve environmental, economic, social and political problems that is often faced by rural India. Her peers laud her as being “highly motivated and passionate, bringing discipline and efficiency to her work.”
