Sanaullah Khan is presently a Deputy Director in the Environmental Protection Agency in the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Peshawar, Pakistan. Additionally, he has been Project Manager on projects such as “Hazardous Waste Management through Public Private Partnerships in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa” and “Cleaner Production Initiatives for the Marble Industry in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa”.
He received his Bachelor of Science of Chemistry, Zoology and Geology from the D.J. Sindh Government Science College Karachi. Later he received his Master of Science in Hydrogeology & Engineering Geology from the Geology Department of the University of Karachi.
Sanaullah’s research work is extensive, delving into fields of geological mapping programs, ground water issues, and physical & chemical analysis of water samples. His colleagues describe him as a keen and zealous worker, and very knowledgeable and familiar with the integrated interdisciplinary framework of environmental issues.
