2021 Beahrs ELP Schedule

The 2021 Beahrs ELP will be online, and as such, it will not take the normal form of a three-week program. In order to maximize the benefits of the online tools, as well as reduce the impact to your work schedule, this year’s program will be spread out over the course of three months, from July 1st to October 8th.

The program will have some simultaneous sessions, some asynchronous (or pre-recorded) sessions, and many live discussions and activities between participants and instructors alike. There will also be informal office hours with UC Berkeley faculty for those of you who want to have more in-depth discussions about your current projects, as well as readings assigned to be completed in between sessions. Live sessions will be every Thursday and Friday beginning at 7 a.m. Pacific Time, and will last between 1 and 2 hours. For those of you who will be attending the program from outside of the United States, we recommend that you check your local time in relation to Pacific Daylight Time, including any observance of daylight savings that you may have in your local region.

Below you can find an example schedule for lectures and group activities, as well as a list of all of the dates of sessions.
